Shipping Policy
Customers in Toronto or the Greater Toronto area are welcome to pick-up their orders at our warehouse located at 1180 Caledonia Rd at PI Fine Art shipping dock free of charge. Please contact shipping@artandsoulfineart.com to schedule your pick-up. We require 24 hours to have your artwork packaged and protected for safe pick-up
For orders requiring shipping across Canada or the USA, we are offering free shipping for items that can be shipped inside a tube. Most unframed canvases or works on paper can be safely rolled and placed inside a dent-resistant shipping tube up to a size of 60". Shipping within 24-48 hours of order processing.
For framed items, up to 48" x 48" in dimensions we use UPS ground standard shipping rates calculated based on weight and dimensions of the package. They are shipped flat in a sturdy box. Shipping within 48 hours of order processing.
For oversized framed items bigger than 48"x48" we recommend shipping in a crate or wooden pallet. We use custom art shipping trucks that will deliver the artwork safely to the client and will require a custom shipping quote. Contact shipping@artandsoulfineart.com for more information.
For international-worldwide orders, we are required to provide a quote with DHL or Fedex. Please call our gallery at 416-624-7156 or e-mail us at shipping@artandsoulfineart.com to discuss your shipping needs.
